Head of Operations

BlackRock Digital Assets is looking for a Head of Operations within the Operations team. This full-time role is based in Singapore (Remote) (Remote) and is part of the tradfi sector of the digital asset industry.

In this role, you will leverage expertise in operations leadership and scaling. The position also requires team building, strategic planning. You will be working across areas including operations, tradfi, remote, leadership.

BlackRock Digital Assets is a tradfi company bridging traditional finance with digital asset markets. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in shaping the company's growth and impact in the evolving Web3 landscape.

Compensation for this position ranges from $180,000 - $260,000. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere.
