Head of People

Cobo is looking for a Head of People within the HR team. This full-time role is based in Austin (Remote) (Remote) and is part of the custody sector of the digital asset industry.

In this role, you will leverage expertise in hr leadership and culture building. The position also requires compensation strategy, organizational development. You will be working across areas including hr, custody, remote, leadership.

Cobo is a custody company securing and safeguarding digital assets for institutional and retail clients. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in shaping the company's growth and impact in the evolving Web3 landscape.

Compensation for this position ranges from $200,000 - $280,000. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere.
