Enterprise Customer Success Manager

dYdX is looking for a Enterprise Customer Success Manager within the Customer Success team. This full-time role is based in Boston (Remote) (Remote) and is part of the defi sector of the digital asset industry.

In this role, you will leverage expertise in enterprise accounts and executive relationships. The position also requires strategic planning, churn prevention. You will be working across areas including customer success, defi, remote.

Compensation for this position ranges from $130,000 - $180,000. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere.
