Analyst, IT Support Engineer

Galaxy Digital is looking for a Analyst, IT Support Engineer within the IT team. This full-time role is based in London, UK (On-site) and is part of the tradfi sector of the digital asset industry.

In this role, you will leverage expertise in early-career technical support experience and computer science degree or equivalent. The position also requires macos and windows admin knowledge, networking fundamentals (tcp/ip, dns, vpn), microsoft 365 experience. You will be working across areas including IT Support, Help Desk, macOS, Windows.

Galaxy Digital is a tradfi company bridging traditional finance with digital asset markets. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in shaping the company's growth and impact in the evolving Web3 landscape.
