Procurement Counsel (Data Centers)

Galaxy Digital is looking for a Procurement Counsel (Data Centers) within the Legal team. This full-time role is based in Dallas, TX, USA (On-site) and is part of the tradfi sector of the digital asset industry.

In this role, you will leverage expertise in 3-5 years legal experience and big law background with infrastructure/construction. The position also requires contract drafting and negotiation, jd and active us bar membership, large capital projects experience. You will be working across areas including Legal, Data Centers, Procurement, Contracts.

Galaxy Digital is a tradfi company bridging traditional finance with digital asset markets. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in shaping the company's growth and impact in the evolving Web3 landscape.

Compensation for this position ranges from $225,000 - $260,000. This role is based on-site at the Dallas, TX, USA office.
