Head of Customer Success

Morgan Stanley Digital is looking for a Head of Customer Success within the Customer Success team. This full-time role is based in Los Angeles (Remote) (Remote) and is part of the tradfi sector of the digital asset industry.

In this role, you will leverage expertise in cs leadership and team building. The position also requires metrics, customer advocacy. You will be working across areas including customer success, tradfi, remote, leadership.

Compensation for this position ranges from $180,000 - $250,000. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere.
