HR Business Partner

Paxos is looking for a HR Business Partner within the HR team. This full-time role is based in San Francisco (Remote) (Remote) and is part of the stablecoin sector of the digital asset industry.

In this role, you will leverage expertise in hr generalist and employee relations. The position also requires performance management, compensation. You will be working across areas including hr, stablecoin, remote.

Paxos is a stablecoin company developing and managing stablecoin infrastructure and payment systems. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in shaping the company's growth and impact in the evolving Web3 landscape.

Compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 - $160,000. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere.
