Design Manager

Phantom is looking for a Design Manager within the Design team. This full-time role is based in San Francisco (Remote) (Remote) and is part of the wallet sector of the digital asset industry.

In this role, you will leverage expertise in people management and design process. The position also requires hiring, performance reviews, project planning. You will be working across areas including design, wallet, remote, leadership.

Phantom is a wallet company building secure wallet infrastructure for digital asset management. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in shaping the company's growth and impact in the evolving Web3 landscape.

Compensation for this position ranges from $180,000 - $250,000. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere.
