Head of People

Tether is looking for a Head of People within the HR team. This full-time role is based in Seattle (Remote) (Remote) and is part of the stablecoin sector of the digital asset industry.

In this role, you will leverage expertise in hr leadership and culture building. The position also requires compensation strategy, organizational development. You will be working across areas including hr, stablecoin, remote, leadership.

Tether is a stablecoin company developing and managing stablecoin infrastructure and payment systems. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in shaping the company's growth and impact in the evolving Web3 landscape.

Compensation for this position ranges from $200,000 - $280,000. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere.
