Head of Operations

Uniswap Labs is looking for a Head of Operations within the Operations team. This full-time role is based in Sydney (Remote) (Remote) and is part of the defi sector of the digital asset industry.

In this role, you will leverage expertise in operations leadership and scaling. The position also requires team building, strategic planning. You will be working across areas including operations, defi, remote, leadership.

Uniswap Labs is a defi company pioneering decentralized financial protocols and on-chain innovation. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in shaping the company's growth and impact in the evolving Web3 landscape.

Compensation for this position ranges from $180,000 - $260,000. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere.
